The continuation followed extensive public testimony on traffic, sight‑lines and utilities.
- Continuance: Concept site plan 15‑13200009 — Real Life Wesleyan Church (17,245 sq. ft.). The commission continued this case to Jan. 11, 2016 and requested a detailed downstream outfall/stormwater analysis and DPW review of access and sight‑line issues after neighbors described recurring flooding on adjacent properties.
- Administrative: The commission approved the minutes of the Oct. 26 and Nov. 9 hearings by voice vote.
