Concord Township staff told the council on Feb. 4 that two remaining ARPA-funded water-quality projects'a Newlin Way basin retrofit and a Carter Way stream-restoration effort'are out to bid and scheduled for spring work, and that both projects are intended to generate PRP credits to help satisfy the township's MS4 permit obligations with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).
