The Glynn County Board of Education voted to enter executive session at the Feb. 6 work session. Dr. Spence called for a motion to move into executive session for land, legal, personnel, tribunal and safety matters; the motion was made and seconded and the chair announced the vote was unanimous at 5:46 p.m.
Meeting minutes later record a motion by Mr. Hulsey, second by Miss Gibbons, to return from executive session, and a unanimous vote to return to open session, followed immediately by a motion to adjourn that was also approved unanimously.
The work-session transcript records the motions and seconders and notes unanimous approval but does not include roll-call vote tallies by name in the public portion of the record.
