Senate committee approves study of state higher-education institutions, adds system chancellor as nonvoting member

The Senate Education Committee unanimously voted to advance Senate Bill 2,242 as amended, authorizing a legislative-management study of institutions of higher education under the control of the State Board of Higher Education.
