Senate introduces 10 bills (SB61–SB70) and refers them to committees

Senate Bill 68 (to amend the Michigan Liquor Control Code of 1998) was referred to the Committee on Regulatory Affairs. Senate Bill 69 and Senate Bill 70 (both to amend the Michigan Memorial Highway Act) were referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
The clerk announced the referrals after each bill's second reading; the transcript records first and second readings and the committee assignments but no floor debate or roll‑call votes on the bills during this session. Further action will occur in the referred committees.
