The state Appropriations Committee convened and moved through a long list of supplemental bills, approving more than 30 measures and placing many on the consent calendar.
Committee members opened with Senate Bill 5 and proceeded through numbered bills including Senate Bills 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95 and onward through Senate Bill 115. Most bills were approved on voice vote or roll call without public testimony and later recommended for the consent calendar.

Clerk Burmeister called roll for each recorded vote; the transcript records which senators answered “aye” or “no” on several items and notes excused members on others. Senator Bridges moved a large number of items; other senators (including Senator Kirkmeyer) moved a smaller set of bills later in the agenda. Where committee members asked, bills were not amended and public testimony was not offered.
The committee adjourned after the Appropriations Committee chair thanked staff and added the approved bills to the consent calendar.
