- Adoption of the meeting agenda: passed 5–0. - Growth Management and other consent agendas (multiple items): passed 5–0. - Appointment of Sandy Hathaway to the Value Adjustment Board (one‑year term): approved (5–0). - Escambia Children’s Trust applicant list: board agreed to forward applicant names to the governor/appropriate authority (5–0) and kept the list open given pending gubernatorial appointments. - Tourist Development Council appointments: Brad Mullenix and Jason Nicholson were appointed to the TDC after a public selection process (vote 5–0). - A $250,000 miscellaneous appropriation request for a Wine & Water festival (TDT funds) was approved after debate and an assurance that legal staff would review agreement language; vote 5–0.
