City Manager Fletcher said the resolution repeals the prior commission-approved 2025 schedule and replaces it with a revised schedule that moves the district's November meeting to Nov. 18, 2025. The item was presented during a public hearing and no public comment was recorded for the item.
Vice Mayor Emrich moved to adopt Resolution 2025-R-04 as presented; Commissioner Langdon seconded. The commission voted 5-0 in favor, with Mayor Stokes, Vice Mayor Emrich, Commissioner Langdon, Commissioner Duval and Commissioner Petro voting yes. The resolution text read into the record notes findings, conflicts, severability and an effective date.
The meeting then proceeded to additional agenda items.
