City Manager Fletcher told commissioners the resolution repeals the prior, commission-approved 2025 meeting schedule and replaces it with a revised schedule that moves the November district meeting to Nov. 18, 2025. The change was presented during a public hearing and no members of the public spoke on the item.
Vice Mayor Emrich moved to adopt Resolution 2025-R-02 as presented; Commissioner Langdon seconded. The commission voted 5-0 in favor, with Mayor Stokes, Vice Mayor Emrich, Commissioner Langdon, Commissioner Duval and Commissioner Petro recorded in the affirmative. The resolution language (as read into the record) states it provides for findings, conflicts, severability and an effective date.
The meeting then proceeded to other district business and adjourned after the item.
