Economic Development Advisory Board reports top priorities; council to discuss at joint meeting

Jeremy Metzler told the Edgewood City Council on Jan. 21 that the Economic Development Advisory Board has completed individual member scoring of proposed priorities, compiled the results and identified four top items that the board will bring to a joint boards, commissions and council meeting in February for council consideration.
Metzler said the EDAB is continuing prioritization work and will present an organized list at the joint meeting. Council member John Pasarowski asked whether the full EDAB is functioning well; Metzler said new members are finding ways to participate and that board conversations have been constructive. The council did not take action on EDAB items during the study session; Metzler said staff would be happy to take questions and planned to present the list at the February joint meeting.
