Coupeville council ratifies internet contract, accepts festival donation and approves boardwalk assessment task order; several reappointments confirmed

- Approved December 2024 payroll and AP transactions: The council approved payroll electronic transfers totaling $139,817.82 and accounts-payable transactions totaling $266,968.43. Motion moved and seconded; passed unanimously.
