The Manchester Planning & Zoning Board approved the minutes of its Jan. 2 meeting and voted to send a draft letter to the zoning ordinance steering committee requesting an informational presentation.

Board members voted to approve the minutes without changes. On a separate motion, members approved sending the chair’s draft letter asking the steering committee for an informational presentation; the board’s representative on the steering committee said he expected planning staff (including Kristen Bixby and Butch Laker) to be available to present and answer questions if the committee schedules the briefing. Members also noted a related presentation to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen on Jan. 21 regarding land-use survey results and encouraged board members to attend or view the meeting remotely.

The motions to approve the minutes and to send the letter both carried with ayes recorded on the record.
