The Joint Budget Committee adopted the peer review subcommittee report after the subcommittee met Wednesday, Jan. 29, and approved a slate of temporary appropriations and related requests.
"The peer review subcommittee met Wednesday, January 29. The subcommittee received reports, reviewed requests, and approved the following various temporary appropriations, American Rescue Plan Act appropriation, infrastructure investment, job acts appropriation, and a restricted reserve fund transfer," Subcommittee member Mister Hammer told the committee before moving to adopt the report.
The report also noted that the Office of State Procurement (OSP) had submitted five requests for ratification that the subcommittee reviewed. Committee members moved, seconded and adopted the peer report by voice vote; no roll call was recorded.
The committee recorded the peer report as adopted and continued with the meeting agenda.
