Arkansas DHS gives timeline for assisted‑living waiver rate analysis, committee told

"Once we have those returns ... our team will take the time to do the analysis ... we will have an actuary help us with that. That is about a 30 day process to get the initial estimates," Putnam said.
The exchange came after a committee member asked when determinations for the next rates would be made. Putnam said DHS will perform follow‑up with facilities during the submission period to ensure timely responses and that the department will report back to the Joint Budget Committee with a confirmed timeline for the remainder of the process.
Committee members did not record further questions after the timeline discussion and the report was recorded as reviewed.
