I like I like going fast, so I appreciate, the 70 instead of 65. Thank you so much for doing this."
After the voice vote carried on the amendment, the committee chair directed staff to roll the change into a committee substitute. The committee adopted the substitute by voice vote and then approved the substitute as the committee's recommendation to the full House with a roll call that registered members present as voting yes.
