The Planning Commission recommended that the Common Council proceed with an annexation request from the Town of West Bend for approximately 100.3 acres at 2585 East Rusco Drive submitted by F Street Development (referred to in staff materials as the Colshire Farm).
Staff said the site is a natural extension of the city’s industrial park, the land‑use plan shows industrial use for the parcel and staff recommended approval of the annexation pending state approval and final council action. The commission moved, seconded and approved the recommendation.
The annexation will be forwarded to the Common Council and requires any applicable state approvals before the change is final.
