The Planning Commission approved the preliminary plat for D'Pharm Estates, a seven‑lot single‑family subdivision at the northeast corner of Eighteenth Avenue and Patricia Drive by Georgiana D'.
Staff reported the property was annexed into the City of West Bend in November and meets RS4 zoning standards. Patricia Drive is already constructed; the developer must extend sewer and water laterals to each lot and complete site grading to conform with the grading plan. Stormwater drains north and then west and the developer is working with the Engineering Department on stormwater details. Staff recommended approval with listed conditions and the commission approved the preliminary plat with those conditions.
Developer obligations include completing the water/sewer lateral extensions and final grading before final plat approval and recording.
