- Public hearing / resolution (item 5-1): Council adopted Resolution 2025-06 to submit an application and, if awarded, execute a standard agreement for PLHA funds to administer an owner-occupied housing-rehab program (see separate article). Motion by Council member Brewster; second by Council member Lyons. Vote: unanimous (5–0).
