The county's emergency management director, Fred (EMA director), told the Public Safety Committee the software is a cloud-based incident-management and reporting tool meant to improve county and municipal information sharing during incidents and exercises. ‘‘It will allow us to create an incident report based off of that’’ and track volunteer training and equipment maintenance, Fred said.
