On a unanimous voice vote the council approved the consent agenda, which the clerk said included the Jan. 21 council meeting minutes; a Jan. 28 workshop summary; and a second-reading ordinance (No. 2, Series 2025) amending a section of the code of ordinances. The consent agenda also included a resolution (listed as item D on the agenda) appointing a city attorney and approving a city attorney employment agreement.
