The board voted to approve claims totaling $887,396.14, which the clerk said included payroll and a series of department-specific disbursements. The board also approved contract and permit items presented by staff, including a construction change order, deed-preparation work, building-department and code-enforcement reports, and several right-of-way and street-cut permits.
