Terracina self‑storage project withdrawn before county commission hearing, staff says

Jose Gomez, director of Development Services, updated the commission near the end of the Feb. 5, 2025 meeting that the Terracina self‑storage project — an item the commission previously recommended for denial — was withdrawn by the applicant before it reached the Board of County Commissioners and therefore was not heard.
Gomez said the project will not be moving forward at this time. The statement was provided as an informational update to the commission; no motion or further action was taken at the Feb. 5 meeting regarding the Terracina project.
