The proclamation notes PROP has provided food and other support to Eden Prairie and Chanhassen for 54 years and said PROP served 1,406 households, totaling 5,164 individuals, last year. The proclamation encourages residents to support the Empty Bowls event planned for Feb. 18 at St. Andrew Lutheran Church.
