The agenda item requested board approval of a contract award and contingency to complete the b‑side HVAC replacement and the a‑side flat roof replacement at Green Holly Elementary School. "The request is to approve, the award the contract on 14,496,000 to provide construction services and $869,760 dollars for construction contingency to Shible construction for the entire, project of both sides," said Ayano, a facilities staff member who presented the project to the board.
