Town of Babylon Rental Board approves multiple renewals, sets April 30 deadlines for repairs

The Town of Babylon Rental Board on Feb. 5, 2025 approved multiple rental-permit renewals, adjourned two new applications and set April 30 deadlines for property repairs and cleanup on two cases.

The board, chaired by Sal Magano, unanimously approved routine renewals for several properties and voted to extend compliance deadlines for two applications to April 30 to allow owners time to complete required repairs and provide inspections. The board adjourned two new applications because posted notices were missing or no one was present to proceed.
