Board schedules February engagement meetings as transportation driver shortage persists

Staff said the first engagement meeting begins next week and the final meeting is scheduled for Feb. 27. No formal policy change or vote was taken during the presentation; staff framed the activity as information-gathering that may later inform a formal decision.
No specific operational changes (route consolidation, eligibility changes, or provider contracts) were proposed at the meeting; staff said those possibilities will be part of the engagement process and subsequent board discussion.
