Staff introduced first and final amendments to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) trail-lease agreements for two pedestrian bridges: the Overlake Village Station pedestrian bridge and the Redmond Technology Station pedestrian bridge. Staff said the amendments incorporate final documents such as as-built/record drawings and easements; they reported there are no other changes to previously approved agreements.
City staff characterized both items as routine finalization steps late in each project’s lifecycle and asked that the amendments be placed on the March 4 consent agenda. Council members thanked the staff for the multi-year work on the projects and had no substantive questions recorded during the committee discussion.
