City staff noted that consultants often limit public details when prospective businesses ask for anonymity.
Aldermen and staff discussed that confidentiality can limit the level of public detail consultants provide, but board members asked staff to press the contractor for a clearer update on milestones and deliverables. No formal action was taken; Holly said she would seek a report for the board.
