Council panel recommends M&H for 2025 concrete street and sidewalk replacement, holds project under budget

Council members asked about sidewalk finishes and matching existing textures; staff said standard broom finish is typical and that matching worn finishes from decades-old sidewalks may not be feasible but staff will work with residents where concerns arise.
The committee approved the contract award by voice vote.
