Nate Nardi Cyrus explained staff and the commission’s soil scientist re-walked the site and determined the on-the-ground wetlands boundary differs from prior submissions associated with the property’s permit history. AJK’s attorney, David Sherwood, was told he did not need to appear at the Feb. 4 meeting for the scheduling vote.
