Judge Chuckdus said he had contacted the state highway department and that they would check the site; he added the department may place a traffic counter and would follow up after the recent storm.
A second resident, identified in the transcript as Pete, reported he and Tony met with Jack regarding the Amherst District proposal. The resident said the meeting was productive and that Jack planned to present a revised proposal at the next meeting.
Neither item produced formal court action; both were entered as citizen concerns and a county follow‑up was promised for the state highway sign and traffic counter.
