Sheriff Dennis reported to the Grant County Fiscal Court on Feb. 4, 2025, that his office responded to 772 calls for service in January and recorded several enforcement and administrative metrics.
"So the sheriff's office responded to 772 calls for service. We had 30 collisions, 73 citations were issued, 28 arrests were made, 24 cases were opened and 182 process service, a 91 auto inspections, and, we brought in just a little over 96,000, in revenue this past month," Sheriff Dennis said.
The court acknowledged the activity and briefly thanked the sheriff and staff for their work during a busy month. No formal action was taken on the report; it was entered as part of routine departmental updates.
