Corte Madera adopts Marin County electrification roadmap as advisory guidance

The Corte Madera Town Council voted Feb. 4 to accept the Marin County building electrification roadmap as a guiding, advisory document, while staff and council emphasized that adoption does not commit the town to any specific immediate actions.
"The roadmap is solely advisory and adoption of the roadmap does not obligate the town to take any specific actions," said Christine Rourke, sustainability coordinator for the Marin Climate and Energy Partnership, during a presentation outlining the roadmap’s aims and recommended actions.
