Staff also noted printed three‑volume bound copies are available for purchase but that most users access the code online.
The commission first voted to adopt the resolution and then voted separately to approve the emergency order that facilitates prompt transmission to the courts; both measures passed 7–0. Staff said the codification will be published in the newspaper as required by statute and that city staff will deliver the necessary materials to the district court for judicial notice.
No public commentary opposed the measure during the hearing.
