By a 5–0 roll-call vote the council approved the minutes of Jan. 21, 2025; payment of bills (listed in the meeting as totaling $1,269,000, as read into the record); the execution and filing of Transit Development Act Article 8 claims for several fiscal years; the execution and filing of Streets and Roads Development Act Article 8 claims for several fiscal years; a $19,147.71 purchase to replace computer/server equipment at the City wastewater treatment facility; and amendment No. 1 to the CoreLogic master service agreement.
City Manager Craig Jones presented the standing recommendation to approve the consent calendar. When no member of the public requested removal of an item, a council member moved approval, the motion was seconded and the council approved the calendar. The clerk conducted the roll call: Council Member Crier — yes; Mayor Pro Tem Bryant — yes; Council Member Waldrop — yes; Council Member Chavera — yes; Mayor Noor — yes.
The staff recommended—and the council adopted—resolutions finding that the listed activities are not projects under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), citing CEQA Guidelines sections 15060(c)(3) and 15378. The Transit Development Act Article 8 claims and the Streets and Roads Article 8 claims were listed individually for multiple fiscal years in the staff materials and the meeting record; the resolutions were adopted as presented. The wastewater treatment facility computer replacement was approved as a purchase in the amount of $19,147.71. The council authorized the mayor to execute CoreLogic Amendment No. 1 to the master service agreement.
No councilmember removed any consent item for separate discussion. There were no public comments on the consent calendar. The motion passed on a 5‑0 vote.
