House committee introduces RS31929 to clarify groundwater-district annexation, telemetry and billing dates

She also testified that many irrigators find modern telemetry preferable to the traditional meters because telemetry provides real-time data and avoids frequent, costly meter replacements.
The committee approved a motion to introduce RS31929. Representative Raybould moved “I move we introduce RS31929”; the committee voice-voted in favor and the measure will be introduced for the legislative process.
