The council then approved the consent agenda and a set of construction and procurement measures, including a $202,674 change order to Clark Construction of Texas for the 2024 street rehabilitation work in the Bridle Ridge and Vista Del Sol areas and a minor construction contract not to exceed $100,000 with Power Scoop Utility LLC for waterline repairs.
