Rishon (budget staff) walked committee members through the year-end budget-transfer packet, explaining that departments transfer between line items during the fiscal year and that transfers requiring county-board approval appear on the Finance Committee agenda for a formal vote. "As we end the fiscal year, you'll see the year end cleanup. What that is is departments transferring between, their budget lines for anything, any of the lines that require County Board approval," Rishon said.
