Trustee Alvin was elected president after an initial nomination for another candidate failed to secure majority support. Trustee Paige Madison was elected vice president; Heather Perry McTanks was elected secretary; and Trustee Zondra Clark was elected treasurer. Miss Greer, the board clerk, conducted roll call votes during the organizational portion of the meeting.
