Silvercrest Park construction complete; ribbon-cutting planned Feb. 12

He announced a public ribbon-cutting scheduled for Feb. 12 at about 4 p.m. and invited council and the public to attend.
Carmody and council members thanked staff and contractors for finishing the work. No further decisions or votes were taken; the item was presented as an operational update and event notice.
