SPD to apply for WASPC behavioral‑health unit grant for officers, sergeant and coordinator

He said the county has chosen to submit a separate application for its jurisdiction and that SPD will apply independently.
The grant application is preparatory; Singley did not ask the committee for immediate action beyond notification. Councilmembers asked clarifying questions about the program model and procurement timetable for the service provider.
