County Attorney Marvin introduced the amendment as a primarily technical update describing changes to the agreement that reflect how colleges and other parties are now named and to account for a statutory change that reduces the amount of state support to certified technology parks. Commissioner John spoke in support and said the county has started preparing the required report.
The amendment also changes the county's annual reporting deadline for wages and employee counts to April 15; Marvin and staff said they have begun preparing the report. The board moved, seconded and approved the amendment by voice vote.
