Rutland Board of Aldermen adopts CIP, approves contracts, loans and permits; schedules TIF and labor negotiations work

The Rutland City Board of Aldermen adopted a revised capital improvement program and approved a series of contracts, loans and permits at its Feb. 3 meeting, while referring financing and some funding decisions to the finance committee.
