Commissioners review AT&T notice for fiber line along Old Independence Road

He said the installation will be buried about 3 feet deep and that smaller handholes (9 by 10 inches) will be used in narrow sections of Ike Lane instead of the larger 2-by-3-foot handholes used elsewhere.
Mr. Stoltz said the proposal will expand fiber access for residents in the affected area and that the application meets county standards. No county official raised objections during the item, and the clerk moved on to the next agenda item without a recorded motion or vote on the notice.
