Spokane County commissioners appoint Mike Volz to fill treasurer vacancy

The Spokane County Board of County Commissioners appointed Mike Volz to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of the Spokane County treasurer, voting unanimously at the meeting. The board said it will complete a formal resolution signing and a swearing-in to finalize the appointment.
