The Auburn City Council on Feb. 4 voted to vacate a drainage and utility easement at 1500 Pumphrey Avenue and authorized the mayor and city manager to execute a quitclaim deed conveying the vacated property to the Industrial Development Board of the City of Auburn.
Council opened and closed a required public hearing before taking the vote. No members of the public spoke during the hearing, and council members approved the easement vacation by voice vote.
