The commission’s decision follows a staff presentation that described the request as a permit to build a multi‑use structure for floral workspace, a storefront and event space on property in an Agricultural 40 zoning district in Saint Wendell Township. Shelley Benson, Stearns County environmental services director, told the commission the application meets lot‑coverage and setback standards but that a wetland determination and a new sewage treatment permit will be required before a construction permit can be issued.
