County approves Morris Electronics support contract after staff clarifies hours and budget

Commissioners asked for clarification about the after-hours hour math on the vendor worksheet; Folger acknowledged the written sheet did not match the per-hour multiplication and agreed to confirm the per-hour after-hours calculation with Morris Electronics after the meeting.
A commissioner confirmed the contract is funded in the 2025 budget and the board approved the motion by voice vote. Folger said he would report back with corrected math and answer remaining travel- and-hour questions raised by commissioners.
