Norris told the board the Senate and House drop deadlines have passed for many bills and reviewed several proposals affecting the county, including two county-sponsored measures on property tax credits and payment-in-lieu-of-tax authority, and bills that would require environmental and economic analyses for proposed data centers and expand utilities review of transmission corridors.
