The Wyoming House of Representatives approved two bills from its third-reading consent list during the January 28 floor session.
House Bill 39, titled "Property tax refund program revisions," passed on the consent calendar with a reported vote of 61 aye and 1 excused. House Bill 92, "Wyoming Livestock Board memorandums of understanding," passed the House on final passage with a roll-call result reported as 59 aye, 2 no and 1 excused.
Both bills had been included on the third-reading consent list and were read three times before the House recorded final passage votes.
